Robert O'Hagan

Director, Aftermarket Product Support at JLG Industries, Inc.

Robert O'Hagan has extensive experience in aftermarket product support and customer service, having worked at JLG Industries since 2006. Currently serving as Director of Aftermarket Product Support since October 2014, Robert oversees business and systems integrations. Prior roles at JLG Industries include Senior Manager of Customer Support, where responsibilities included leading the call center operation and business development activities, and managing partnerships as Product Parent-Systems. Additionally, Robert directed Global Aftermarket Purchasing and Forecasting teams in both the US and Europe. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
