Tuấn Trần Nguyễn Anh has worked in various roles in the past few years. In 2021, they were a Project/Operations Manager at JK Advisory LLC (JKA), where they managed the operations of 5 medical agencies and 1 BPO client in the US. Tuấn also created a process that helped onboard 50 medical workers per week and was in charge of managing payroll for 500 medical workers per week for 1 client. Tuấn also worked as a Business Analyst at K-Group Việt Nam, where they were responsible for sprint planning with tech team and stakeholders, documenting and distributing info about Customer, Driver, System and Customer Service across company’s departments, and carrying out research which supported and drove the company’s direction. In 2020, they were a Marketing Executive (Partnership) at Waodate - Công Ty TNHH MTV Nguyễn Đình Nghĩa. In 2019, they were a Process Owner and Project Executive at JK Advisory LLC (JKA) and a Business Development Intern at Evonik.

Tuấn Trần Nguyễn Anh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from both Goethe University and Vietnamese-German University between 2014 and 2018. In 2019, Anh obtained a Critical Thinking certification from LinkedIn. In 2022, Anh obtained a Product Management Fundamentals certification from University System of Maryland. Anh also has a Strategic Thinking certification from LinkedIn, obtained in 2023. Anh is currently working towards a Intermediate Python for Data Science certification from DataCamp.
