Ajaz Ahmed is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the field. At Jivox, since June 2015, Ajaz has served as Team Lead - QA, responsible for establishing and evolving formal QA processes and overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including metrics and industry best practices. Previously, as a Senior QA Engineer, Ajaz focused on reviewing functional and design specifications to identify potential quality issues. Prior to Jivox, Ajaz worked at Genisys Group from September 2012 to June 2015 as an Analyst in AD Operations, gaining proficiency in display of ad campaigns and utilizing various ad-serving platforms. Ajaz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Vidyavardhaka College Mysore, earned between 2006 and 2010.
