Subhan Riyandi possesses extensive experience in fulfillment and operations management, currently serving as a Fulfillment Executive at Jiva since March 2024. Prior to this role, Subhan held the position of Fulfillment Supervisor at Ula from June 2021 to November 2023, overseeing end-to-end processes including inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management, while focusing on customer satisfaction and operational KPI achievements. Furthermore, Subhan acted as City Operation Supervisor, managing operational activities and warehouse setups in West Java. Subhan’s earlier experience includes roles as Warehouse Coordinator and Quality Assurance Analyst at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama (SELOG Group) and Distribution Assistant at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, showcasing a strong background in logistics and warehouse management. Subhan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Telkom University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
