Jess Francis is an experienced professional in research and data analysis, currently serving as the Head of Commercial GCTO and Head of Product and Portfolio Support at Jisc since January 2017. In this role, Jess leads product portfolio reviews, manages primary research initiatives, and delivers data analysis to improve Jisc's offerings. Previous positions include Insight Manager at Dyson for a brief period in 2016, where Jess managed global research for the Floorcare category, and Insight Manager at Immediate Media Co. from 2013 to 2016, overseeing insights for specialist and sports portfolios. Jess began a career in research at Discovery Research from 2008 to 2012, handling projects across various sectors. Jess holds a degree in Geography, Business, and the Environment from the University of Nottingham.
