Isha Oswal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at JISA Softech Private Limited since July 2018, Isha focuses on expanding the company geographically and financially while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Isha held key positions such as Business Head at Bodhisattva Learning Pvt Ltd and Assistant Manager - HR at Paysquare Consultancy Ltd and Ligman Lighting India Pvt Ltd. Isha's educational background includes an Executive Certified Program in Leadership and Change Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from ICFAI.
