Gautam Bagga currently serves as the AGM for New Initiatives at Jiraaf, leading innovative projects since August 2024. Prior to this role, Gautam was the Private Market Lead at Aikya Connect from March 2023 to August 2024, facilitating co-investment opportunities between VCs and Family Offices. Gautam has a solid foundation in venture capital, having worked as a Senior Associate at Inflection Point Ventures where significant achievements included driving outreach to startups and managing the diligence process for numerous early-stage deals. Previous experiences include a Venture Capital Analyst position at Bharat Innovation Fund, participation in the Startup Leadership Program, and founding roles in startups focused on photography and sustainability. Gautam holds a Master's degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews and is currently pursuing further education in product and growth at GrowthX®.
