Bina Belani is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Fashion and Lifestyle Technology at Jio Platforms Limited since December 2021, Bina has previously held significant HR positions at SLK, Wipro, and Vedanta Resources Plc. Notable roles include Head of HRBP at SLK Group and Wipro’s Product Engineering Services cluster, as well as leadership positions in Vedanta that encompassed corporate HR functions such as talent management and diversity. Bina began a career in HR with Sesa Goa Limited, progressing through various HR roles. Bina holds a PGDM in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management.
