Mridul Sharma currently serves as the Chief Technology & Digital Officer at Jio Finance Ltd. since December 2024. Prior to this role, Mridul was the Director at the Centre for Industry 4.0 (C4i4) Lab from May 2021 to November 2024, focusing on the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing. As President & Group Chief Operating Officer at Arka Financial Holdings Private Limited from January 2019 to November 2024, Mridul also held the position of Group Chief Digital Officer at Kirloskar Limitless during 2023. Mridul's extensive experience includes key technology leadership roles at IndusInd Bank, Dresdner Bank, Barclays Bank, Tata AIG General Insurance, ABN AMRO Bank, and Bank of America. Mridul Sharma holds an MBA from Mohanlal Sukhadia University and has completed the Emerging Leader Development Program in Organizational Leadership at the Asian Institute of Management.
