Noor Khan has over two decades of experience in the energy and technology industries. Currently, they serve as the Vice President & Head of Advocacy and Regulatory at Reliance BP Mobility Limited, where they are responsible for strategic engagement with the government and other stakeholders in the hydrocarbon value chain. Prior to this, Noor worked at Samsung Electronics as Deputy General Manager of Public Affairs and Head of Corporate Citizenship for South-West Asia. In this role, they managed relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and think tanks, analyzing policy and regulatory landscapes impacting Samsung. Noor also held positions at Indian Oil Corp Limited, where they signed gas sales agreements and term sheets for the supply of RLNG to various customers, and at the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board, Govt. of India, where they played a crucial role in formulating regulations for the oil and gas industry. Noor began their career as an Internship Trainee at Engineers India Limited, where they worked on designing foundation structures for various projects.
Noor Khan completed their education in the following order:
- From 1990 to 1994, Noor attended St. Peters College in Agra and obtained their ICSE degree in Xth.
- From 1994 to 1996, Noor attended Government Model Senior Secondary School in Chandigarh and obtained their AISSCE degree in XIIth.
- From 1996 to 2000, Noor attended Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering.
- From 2005 to 2008, Noor attended the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and obtained their MBA degree with a focus on Marketing.

- In 2021, Noor obtained an International Academic Certification from the World Education Services.
- In 2020, Noor obtained a certification in "COVID-19: TACKLING THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS" from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, U. of London.
- In 2017, Noor completed a "Management Development Programme on Scenario Building for Strategic and Competitive Advantage" from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong.
- In 2014, Noor obtained a certification in "Hearing Conservation in Industry" from the Centre for Occupational & Environmental Health (COEH) in Collaboration with Delhi Pollution Control Committee and Dept of Environment, Govt of NCT of Delhi.
- In 2009, Noor completed an internship at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (USA).
