HONGXIANG YE (LEO) is currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS) in Australia and New Zealand at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. since February 2023. Previous roles include Product Manager at One Stop Warehouse Pty Ltd, where responsibilities involved overseeing product profit and loss, and Technical Product Support Manager at Solar Juice Pty Ltd, focused on in-house technical support. HONGXIANG also held the position of Sales Manager at CSUN - CHINA SUNERGY, managing module sales in the Australian market, and Project Manager at Shanghai Aerospace Automobile Electromechanical Co., Ltd., where the focus was on solar PV project development. Earlier experiences at Jinko Solar included Technical Support Supervisor and Customer Service Technical Specialist, providing technical solutions for customers. HONGXIANG holds a Master's degree in Engineering of Photovoltaics and Solar Energy from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Microelectronics from Tianjin Polytechnic University.
