Jianyan (Jessie) Fang is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture fund formation, and general corporate matters. Previously, Jianyan held the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel for Innovent Biologics, where Jianyan was instrumental in establishing the InnoPinnacle Fund and managing all legal and compliance aspects. Prior experience includes serving as Counsel at Jingtian & Gongcheng and Attorney-at-Law at AllBright Law Offices, with significant involvement in M&A transactions, private equity investments, and foreign direct investments. Jianyan also contributed as Legal Counsel during a secondment at Electrolux.
