Sushal Badavath is currently employed as an Assistant Manager Trainee at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and holds a Bachelor of Technology in production engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Prior to this role, Sushal served as a Student Coordinator at the Training and Placement Cell at BIT Mesra and as the Vice President of the Ehsaas Dramatics Society. Additionally, Sushal also held the position of Chief Strategist at the Society for Industrial Management and Engineering. With a strong background in commercial department processes and database management using tools like SAP, Excel, and PowerBI, Sushal excels in overseeing monthly transactions and managing cost averages across various plants.
