Before that, Ekta served as a Corporate Trainer at worxpertise. Ekta holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
