Nupur Girdhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as AVP - Organisation Development at BC Jindal Group since July 2023, Nupur previously held the position of Head of HR at SAR Electric Mobility from June 2022 to July 2023. Nupur's prior roles include Divisional Head Corporate HR- Asia at Apollo Tyres Ltd, Circle HR head for UP West and Rajasthan at Bharti Infratel Limited, and HR Business Partner at Citi and Citibank India. Nupur began a career in human resources at Wipro BPO. Nupur holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BTech in Computer Science from IEC College of Engineering.
