Wei Sun has extensive experience in legal counsel, currently serving as General Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Jinchuan Group International Resources Co Ltd since May 2017. Prior to this role, Wei Sun held the position of General Counsel at TOENER INTERNATIONAL (HK) INVESTMENT GROUP LTD. from May 2015 to May 2017, and at Mining Associates from April 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included serving as General Counsel and Executive Assistant. Wei Sun's earlier roles include Legal Counsel at Mingly Corporation and Assistant General Counsel at Yunnan Gold and Mining Group Co., Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Yunnan University.
