Teresa Nelson is an experienced Realtor and Broker at Jim Maloof/Realtor since January 2014, specializing as a "Buyer Friendly" consultant and staging expert. In addition to providing personalized decor and design consultations for buyers, Teresa offers extensive services for listing clients. As the owner of Beautiful Spaces and Beyond since January 2011, Teresa offers staging and decor tips, promoting a buyer-friendly approach to selling homes. Teresa's earlier experience includes a role in motivation and customer service at Customer Dev. Corp from June 1985 to October 1988, where customer engagement was key. Teresa holds an Associate's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Illinois Central College and attended Illinois State University from 1988 to 1990, following the completion of a high school diploma at Richwoods High School in 1979.
