Michelle Ashton Jeppesen has been working in the business and customer success industry since 2002. Michelle Ashton began their career as the Director of Operations at Unlimited Living International and then moved on to become the Founder and Entrepreneur of Advanced Business Support Services in 2014. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Business Development and Customer Success at Jill's Office.

Michelle Ashton Jeppesen obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Behavioral Sciences from Brigham Young University between 1999 and 2003. Michelle Ashton then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Western Governors University between 2020 and 2021.
