Shai Ritblatt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, Shai worked as a Sales Manager at Electro Habash Ltd. for a year. In 2005, they transitioned into a Software Engineer role at Zoran, where they played a pivotal role in software development and interface integration. In 2008, Shai became the Chief Operations Officer at Electro Habash Ltd., focusing on business development, supplier negotiations, and customer care. Shai successfully expanded the company's market reach during their seven-year tenure.

Moving forward, Shai joined WalkMe™ in 2015, initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they fostered strong relationships, ensured customer satisfaction, and provided product education and recommendations. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Account Management Team Lead, responsible for customers' commercial aspects, including renewals, expansions, and upsells.

Continuing their career journey, Shai joined Sisense in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, serving strategic and corporate customers in EMEA and APAC. Shai achieved exceptional results by driving growth through expansions, upsells, and achieving high retention rates. Shai progressed within the company and held leadership positions, such as Head of Partner Success, EMEA & APAC, and eventually became the Head of Partner & Customer Success, before departing in 2021.

After leaving Sisense, Shai became the Head of Customer Success at Base (formerly Crowdvocate), leading the customer success team for a year. In 2022, they joined Cymbio as the Vice President of Customer Success for a brief period. Additionally, they engaged with SixFigures as a CS Mentor & Lecturer, contributing their expertise and knowledge to guide and mentor others.

Most recently, Shai joined Jigso in 2021 as the CS Advisor and transitioned to the role of Head of GTM in September 2022. Overall, Shai Ritblatt's work experience showcases a strong background in customer success, business development, strategic leadership, and employee management.

From 1986 to 1998, Shai Ritblatt attended The Hebrew Reali School and graduated with a degree in Computers & Physics.

Shai Ritblatt then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 2003 to 2007 at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

In 2013, Shai Ritblatt attended Reichman University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General, which lasted until 2015.

During 2014, Shai Ritblatt participated in the Wharton Executive Education program at The Wharton School, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Additionally, Shai Ritblatt has acquired several certifications. In 2015, Shai Ritblatt obtained the WalkMe Builder Certification from WalkMe™.
