Senior Customer Success Manager at Jifflenow

Lisa Raquel has worked in a variety of roles in the past 18 years. Lisa began their career in 2001 as a Project Manager at AT&T, where they managed 10 projects and 10-30 staff members while achieving project budgets amounting to $2B. Lisa also served as a project manager on pre-sales estimates to clients within Government/Education for deals of greater than $10M. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Paramount Solar, where they maintained a liaison relationship with internal departments such as sales and operations to communicate about best practices. Lisa led the sales department through new hire training and day-to-day operations while promoting company goals. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Act-On Software, Inc. where they strived to establish strong relationships with customers while guiding them through software troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction. Lisa also served as a project manager for internal and client facing departments to create timelines and deliverables. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Jifflenow, where they received a fast-track promotion. Lisa mentored Fortune 50 companies to help increase their self-sufficiency by incorporating Jifflenow methodology’s staff training. Lisa also collaborated with marketing to develop new and existing customer onboarding assets.

Lisa Raquel obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in Business Administration from California State University in 1995. Lisa also holds two certifications from AT&T, a DENM Certification (Data Edge for a New Millenium) obtained in June 2005, and a PremierSERV Data Solutions Certificate obtained in December 2004.
