Hosea also previously worked as a Software Developer at Accfin E.A Limited. Hosea holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Egerton University. At Jhpiego, Hosea leads security analysis, vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, and risk assessments for the JEMS system. At Accfin E.A Limited, Hosea developed management systems and provided system support.
