Amanda Middleton has been working in the industry since 2011. Amanda started their career at AM Solutions as a Senior Account Manager and then progressed to Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. In 2021, they joined JHL Digital Direct as an Account Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing clients' work from concept to delivery date, while staying within budget and on time. At AM Solutions, their responsibilities included being a role model and leader for all Project Manager Team members, team member reviews, training new team members, preparing estimates and sending them to the customer, coordinating jobs with customers and multiple internal departments, receiving data, material, art and instructions to meet deadlines, creating and maintaining work orders with information received from customers, and ensuring all invoicing is completed to meet required deadlines.

Amanda Middleton obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Photography from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2015, they also obtained a Mail Design Professional certification from the United States Postal Service in November and a MDC (MailPiece Design Consultant) certification from the Mail Systems Management Association in July.
