Rafael Varella, M.Sc., currently serves as an Equity Trader and has held multiple senior analyst positions at JGP since April 2018, including roles focused on performance, P&L, and backoffice operations. Prior to this, Rafael Varella served as a First Lieutenant in the Força Aérea Brasileira from January 2017 to March 2018. Educationally, Rafael Varella earned a Master of Science in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, completing this degree in 2017, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil-Aeronáutica from the same institution in 2016. Additionally, Rafael Varella has teaching experience in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for college entrance exam preparation at Instituto Alpha Lumen from February 2012 to February 2013.
