Axel Rubio currently serves as a DevSecOps Specialist at JFrog since October 2023. Previously, Axel held the role of Bilingual Technical Support Analyst at Assurant from August 2016 to August 2022, providing extensive technical support for T-Mobile TVision, smart car/IOT systems, and mobile devices while achieving a customer satisfaction rate of up to 90%. In addition, Axel worked as a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist, translating for clients of major financial institutions and receiving accolades as Employee of the Month for three consecutive months. Earlier in 2016, Axel contributed as a Field Services Technician at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, managing video conferencing setups, inventory tracking, and troubleshooting various IT equipment. Axel completed education at the high school level.
