Kate Haley is an accomplished professional in the fashion and packaging development industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Packaging Development at Jay Franco and Sons Inc. since April 2019. In this role, Kate leads factory communications and oversees the packaging design for over 70 programs, facilitating the company’s expansion into the European soft goods market. Additionally, Kate is the owner of Kate Haley Designs and has held various positions in the fashion sector, including Production/Design Coordinator at Jay Apparel Group LLC and Graphic Designer at Nicole Miller, where responsibilities included managing design processes and enhancing brand communications. With a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design from Drexel University, Kate also boasts experience in teaching and mentoring, contributing to the fashion design curriculum and coaching young athletes in pitching.
