Miranda Reasoner Messineo is an experienced professional in the nonprofit sector with a strong background in administration and leadership. Currently serving as a Contract and Financial Administrator at JFL CONSULTING, LLC since February 2023, Miranda has previously held significant positions such as Executive Director and Associate Executive Director at The Y in Central Maryland from October 2018 to February 2023. Miranda's extensive experience also includes roles as Executive Director at YMCA of the Chesapeake, Advanced Aquatics Director at Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, Director of Competitive Aquatics at YMCA of Delaware, Managing Director at YMCA of The Sandhills, and various leadership roles at Cannon Memorial YMCA.
