Helene Held is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project leadership, organizational management, social media strategy, and consulting. Currently serving as the Project Lead at JewishGen.org since January 2020, Helene focuses on the sales, marketing, and technical facets of Yizkor book publishing while ensuring excellent customer service. Previously, as Executive Director of the House of Israel Balboa Park, Helene managed daily operations, enhanced community relations, and organized significant fundraising events. Helene has also acted as a Social Media Catalyst, guiding clients in effective social media strategies, and held roles as Strategic Partner at Smartfinds Internet Marketing and Project Manager at RIIS LLC. An educational background includes studies at Wayne State University and the Institute of Computer Technology.
