Paula Romberg currently serves as the Legal and Technical Advisor for Planned Giving & Endowment at The Jewish Federations of North America since February 2022. Additional roles include Chief Compliance Officer at JFBP LLC, which began in February 2016, and Attorney at Law since June 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Gift Planning at the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco and as an Attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP, where representation involved exempt organizations and complex litigation. Other significant positions include Director of Development at the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation and Partner at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox. Paula Romberg earned a JD degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
