Jennifer Dubrow Weiss is the CEO of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, a position held since October 2012. Prior to this, Jennifer served as the Executive Director of the Jewish Family & Children's Service of Southern NJ from September 1993 to October 2012. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Temple University, which was obtained between 1991 and 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Ithaca College, earned from 1987 to 1991.
