Carrie Bonfitto is an accomplished culinary program manager and instructor at Bauman College: Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts since December 2021. With extensive experience as a holistic nutrition consultant at Two Hearts Nutrition since January 2016, Carrie specializes in assessing individual needs to develop practical health solutions. As a wellness speaker for Jewish Family Service, Carrie hosts monthly talks and cooking demonstrations on various health topics. Previous instructional roles at Los Angeles Valley College included teaching Healthy Cooking and Natural Hormone Balancing. Carrie has also served as a wellness educator for Kettle & Fire and held creative roles in the media and marketing industries, including positions at The WB Television Network and NBC Los Angeles. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, Photography & Visual Arts from Ithaca College and additional training from Bauman College.
