Jonalyn Lavarias is the founder of zenjonalyn, offering wellness and consulting services using a holistic approach to better health and self-discovery. Additionally, Jonalyn works as a Group Facilitator at Forum, facilitating groups for trauma survivors, and as a Fitness Instructor at the Jewish Educational Alliance. Jonalyn also teaches yoga at various organizations including SAFE SHELTER CENTER, Chatham County Safety Net Planning Council, and Hospice Savannah, Inc. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
