Jessica Posnock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager for JCC Maccabi at the JCC Association of North America since November 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Development Associate at Columbia/Barnard Hillel from July 2021 to October 2022. With earlier roles including Marketing & Development Intern, Operations Intern, and Administrative Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Hillel Foundation, and a Core Sales Associate at Athleta, Jessica has built a diverse skill set. Other notable experiences include internships in brand consulting with Creative Artists Agency and as a JCC Maccabi Games Intern, alongside a background in customer experience at CycleBar. Jessica Posnock holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2020.
