The Governance and Oversight team at the JCC of Syracuse is responsible for ensuring effective leadership and strategic direction for the organization. This team, comprised of the Executive Director and board members, oversees policy development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness, while promoting community engagement and fostering a welcoming environment for all members.
