With nearly three decades of experience in Early Childhood Education, Theresa has done it all: overseen childcare sites, run summer day camps and organized overnight trips for youth. Previously at YMCA of San Francisco as the Childrenā€™s Services Director, Theresa was Employee of the Year for three of the 20 years she was there.
