Ben Goldberger, LCSW, serves as the Assistant Director of the Virginia Frank Child Development Center at JCFS Chicago since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben Goldberger worked at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center from October 2013 to April 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a MHICM Case Manager/Program Specialist, providing community-based case management for veterans with serious mental illness, and working as a HUD-VASH Case Manager/Substance Use Disorder Specialist, delivering intensive support to homeless veterans. Previous experience includes serving as a clinician at Jewish Child and Family Services, providing therapy and case management services to clients of all ages. Ben Goldberger holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University, along with a TESOL Certificate from the School of International Training.
