Frances W. Levy is currently a trustee at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Frances has previous experience working as a social work intern at Farmingville Mental Health, where they provided weekly individual and group talk therapy to a diverse cohort of clients. Frances has also served as the president of Stony Brook Hillel, where they were responsible for creating Café Hillel, establishing the “Hillel Sings” choir group, and advising the community service committee. In addition, they have volunteered for the Israeli Army, where they organized medical and military equipment on army bases.
Frances W. Levy received their Master's Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University and their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Sociology and a minor in Theater from Stony Brook University as well. Frances also has a High School Diploma from Hebrew Academy Nassau County. Frances is certified by the New York State Department of Education as a School Social Worker and is also certified by Licensed Master's of Social Work as a Master Soc.
