Kimberly W. is an experienced professional in the financial and educational sectors with a robust background in product management, strategy consulting, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Product Owner of Data Warehouse and Technical Transformation and Support Teams in the financial industry since May 2020, Kimberly leads agile scrum teams focused on data warehouse products and automation frameworks. Previous roles include Strategy Consultant, where process improvement opportunities were identified within banking IT architecture, and Founder & Executive Director at Jewels Academy. Additionally, Kimberly has experience as a Board Member of the Iowa State Board of Education, where contributions included developing an equity statement and presenting significant legislation. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt with deployment of Lean methodologies in previous positions, Kimberly also holds an EdD in Education Leadership from Drake University, an MBA from Iowa State University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
