Jennifer Case is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both pharmacy and operational risk management. Currently serving as a Pharmacy Technician at Jewel-Osco since October 2020, Jennifer previously held the position of Senior Operational Risk and Internal Controls Specialist at Discover Financial Services from April 1999 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing risks in the consumer banking sector, particularly in personal loans.
