Susan Highsmith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an Independent Contractor since March 2024, after a longstanding tenure as a Sr. Human Resources Manager at JEVS Human Services since November 2004. Expertise includes employee and labor relations, benefits administration, diversity initiatives, and conflict management, along with representing the organization in unemployment and workers' compensation hearings.
