Rajan J. is a seasoned Product Owner with extensive experience in digital product development and improvements, currently leading initiatives at Jetstar Airways since August 2021, focusing on Disruptions, Workforce planning, and Baggage applications, along with data and privacy controls. Previously, Rajan contributed significantly to Telstra from February 2009 to April 2021, where roles included Digital Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst, driving enhancements in the Order to Activate program and e-commerce platforms for Consumer and Small and Medium Business segments. With a technical background as a Business Specialist and Technical Solutions Support Specialist at Telstra, Rajan holds a Master of Engineering in Information Technology from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
