Surakshya Ghimire has been working in the tech industry since 2016. In 2016, they began working at CloudFactory as a Data Reviewer and Cloud Worker. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at AIDS Healthcare Foundation as a Data Analyst. In 2019, they joined Twilio Inc. as a Product Operations Specialist (WhatsApp). Currently, they are working at both JetInsight as an Operator Support Associate and Klaviyo as a Product Expert. In their roles, they have been solving customer issues, providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams, collaborating with customers success and sales, providing Klaviyo product knowledge, and documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Surakshya Ghimire obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from KCMIT College between 2012 and 2015. Surakshya has also obtained several certifications, including The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists from LinkedIn in March 2022, Communicating with Confidence from LinkedIn in May 2021, and Klaviyo Product Certified from Klaviyo in March 2021.
