Luis Costa has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Diretor de Vendas and Head of Sales at JetBov since October 2019. Previously, Luis held the role of Head of Inside Sales and Business Development at Bcredi, where significant team growth and a solid career development plan were implemented. Prior to that, at ContaAzul, Luis coordinated the Sales Development Representatives and contributed to training and nurturing new sales talent. Early career positions included roles in corporate finance and sales consultation, showcasing a solid foundation in both financial strategy and customer engagement. Luis holds a degree from Universidade da Região de Joinville and furthered education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade do Minho.
