Bob Sivley is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in research development and product technology. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at JESCO since January 2023, Bob has previously held managerial roles at PTC Alliance and Boomerang Tube, LLC, focusing on product technology and field services. Bob also has a robust history in quality assurance, having worked as the Quality Assurance Manager at Spring Bolt and Nut Manufacturing. Notable earlier positions include Chief Engineer of Technology and Design and General Manager of Engineering at Hunting, as well as Manager of Product Development at Tenaris and Engineering Manager at Hydril. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
