Charlmaine Vella is an Independent Non-Executive Director and consultant with a G Licence from the Jersey Financial Services Commission, actively involved in board roles within the Financial Services sector, particularly in private equity, since January 2015. Currently serving as a Trustee on the Council of Jersey Hospice Care, Vella contributes to enhancing high-quality end-of-life care. Vella's previous experience includes significant leadership positions in fund administration and finance at Triton Partners and senior roles in financial reporting and analysis at Merrill Lynch and its European subsidiary. Vella's professional journey began at Price Waterhouse, focusing on audit and advisory services. Vella holds a Master's degree in Philanthropic Studies from the University of Kent and a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from City, University of London.
