Jack Maguire is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Deputy News Editor at Jersey Evening Post since March 2019. Previously, Jack worked as a Reporter at the same publication, focusing on crime from August 2014 to December 2017. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Farmer at Awarima Station and as a Watersports Instructor at Jersey Sea Sport Centre. In July 2014, Jack completed a placement as a Content Editor for BBC Sport's multimedia section during the Brazil World Cup. Jack also held the position of News Editor at JMU Journalism Liverpool Life from September 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included producing news content and overseeing a team of reporters. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University, completed in 2014.
