Erma Percival, Ed.D., has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Department Coordinator for the Jersey City Board of Education since September 2001, where responsibilities include coordinating Applied Technology resources, improving educational programs, and participating in school planning. As NAF AOIT Lead Teacher, Erma teaches various technology-related subjects. Previous roles include Head Teacher and Data Analyst for summer school, and positions in the financial sector, including Senior Specialist at Merrill Lynch and Sr. Import Financial Coordinator at Lechters Housewares. Erma holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and several other degrees, including a Master of Education and a Master of Business Administration.
