Desiree Curry is a dedicated social work professional currently serving as a School Social Worker at KIPP New Jersey since July 2019 and as a Clinician at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark since March 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Program Coordinator/Head Teacher at Step by Step Early Childhood Center from June 2016 to August 2017, and Social Work Intern positions at Jersey City Medical Center - Barnabas Health and Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey between 2014 and 2016. Desiree holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Kean University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Howard University.
