Filipe Silva has a robust background in human resources and logistics, currently serving as the Logistics HR Manager at Jerónimo Martins since July 2016, following roles as HR Operational Manager and Deputy Store Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Guerin, Rent-a-Car as Recepcionista Responsável, and various roles in HR and management at companies such as CNO - Universidade Autónoma Lisboa, AC Manutenção, SA, and Vescom B.V. Filipe began a career in human resources with an internship at Sonae Distribuição and holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidade de Coimbra, completed in 2006.
