Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business management and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. With a background as a Nutritionist from February 2016 to 2019 and a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, Mariana has taught subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
