Tracey Joubert is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in prominent leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Chief Financial Officer at Molson Coors since December 2016, Tracey is also a member of the Board of Directors at JELD-WEN, Inc. and has been with MillerCoors LLC since 2003, holding the position of Vice President Finance, Planning & Analysis and Controller. Tracey's previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MillerCoors, as well as various finance management positions at South African Breweries and Barloworld Ltd. Tracey holds multiple degrees in finance and accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.
